2 eggs whisked together (for egg wash)
2 cups Chicken fry mix
1 cup breadcrumbs
White sauce
Lasagna sauce mixed with hot chilli sauce of your choice
Thin layer of creamy mash (optional)
Toppings
Mozarella and mild cheddar cheese
Chopped peppers and red onion
Chopped scotch bonnet (optional to make it extra hot)
Jalapeños
Garnish with mixed herbs and red crushed chillies
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese (optional)
Air fryer oven setting -30 mins at 180C
Preheated Fan oven -40 mins 200C
