Damn. Just looked at the results to see how he did. I scrolled right past him because I did not expect 7th!! Insane. 🙌🏻

I am so looking forward to this year's Cocodona 250 livestream. Last year was so much fun! And this year, I will be cheering Finn on the whole way. Have a great experience out there, Finn.

same with the shoes, I’m here at Cocodona start line now, running in my old Rincon 6’s, black with the white soles, sooo comfy, probably the most important decision and factor in this race is your footwear, tyvm for sharing and go get em

I’ve just ordered some Zegama 2’s this morning, hoping for big things, especially after your snippets at the end there. Best of luck again Finn.

Go get ‘em, Finn! My number one lesson on the inaugural Cowboy 200, a cold winter race, was to keep my liquids from freezing, especially the nozzle of my hydration bladder. You definitely won’t have that problem! You will want to eat as much real food as possible. Bring a toothbrush and toothpaste. You and your crew chief will thank me. Ultimately the runners who sleep most efficiently do better. Clean teeth help you sleep.

Good luck Finn! Just wondering if you feel the new Zegama has more volume as they’re a backup shoe for you. If I remember correctly v1 was too low volume of a fit for you.

you can totally easy pop a blister with just a safety pin..
@ConversationalPace9 ай бұрын
True, but you can more easily pop a blister with a scalpel😅
@uloutdoors8 ай бұрын
As a runner the chance that I have a safety pin on me is pretty high, I personally never carry a scalpel..but I don´t know what you have on you out there.
