Oh, they are wonderful creatures and so easy to keep, litter box training takes 1 day even with small kittens. Vacation is a breeze, give them sufficient amount of food and water and they take care of themselves (of course no longer than 1 week or have someone look in on them). My grandmother from Poland used to say "a house is not a home without a cat".

Like the fancy stuff in the menagerie, and some Spanish folkes who do really really fancy stuff, but usually its with someone in the saddle giving the instructions, somehow in control, be it verbally or physically, but not when you can turn your back to a mum cow desperate to protect their calf, knowing the horse has totally got you and you can get your business done. ❤

I have brother & sister black cats, and both of them have extra dew claws on each of their front feet. They look like they are wearing mittens. When I first got them I called them my mittens kittens but they are six years old now.
