I'm using something similar for my brig on dark sea. I decided to go more speed and maneuverability focused so I don't have 100% stability but I gave all my deckhands frayed lead line artifacts to kind of make up for it(60% weather resistance in total). I have 125 speed and 90+ turning, the turning is sometimes really good because I can dodge some bigger waves when necessary. To get a little bit more HP for my brig I enchanted my ram with armored(it gives like around 1000 or 1200 more HP). I did use tier 2 enchantments on my stuffs so they're pretty much at their maximum potential.

This build is okay it’s better to focus on speed and stability only you need more speed than 103 to be efficient
