what a nice journey Sir to my home town - Yogyakarta as I always do in my vacation leave ( twice a year ) from Jakarta using train in the morning since I can see the beautiful view alongside ( looks green as a mood booster from daily life in Jakarta ) .. I think that last journey using train was 2017 since after it - I move to Johor and Kuala Lumpur and now in Bangkok ... Hope u can re visit Yogyakarta as many hidden gems there such as in Gunung Kidul - which have so many beatiful beaches . Thank you for this beautiful vlog Sir ... Cant wait Bangkok or Yogyakarta ...

So sorry for the late response to yr comments Lasono (its hard to get back to everyone/comments promptly). The train network throughout Java is extensive and very comfortable to travel on however the scenery is the best (and relaxing). Unfortunately I cannot get back to Yogya soon cause I need to explore more of Indonesia therefore Sumatra is where I'll go next. So you're in Bangkok, this is such an exciting city. I haven't been there yet but I have holidayed in Phuket & Phi Phi which are both amazing.

It is nice when everytime we travel by train we get seat right next to the window/ beside the window so we can see the scenery along the trip. when I buy ticket I used to ask for window seat. Usually its number with alfabet A or E/D if I'm not mistaken. Yes when I buy ticket at the locket i used to ask the officer to choose for me a seat beside the window and they give me what I want🙂 (even though currently I'm not sure if we are now still allowed to choose the seat) But of course in Indonesia we are not allowed to stand at the gap/ space between each loco because it's dangerous. Anyway thank you Sir for visiting my country. Very interesting videos from both of you. You and your son are great 🌟

Tks for providing such informative comments Bismillah. Yes it's always good to get a,window seat on trains especially this one. U r correct getting seat A or D which are usually always window seats. It really doesn't matter which seat u get on this train cause the windows are so big all seats have great views. Actually, there's no problem with travelling between carriages on the Yogya train however it a bit noisy. You get uninerrupted views of the countryside when standing there. It's a total pleasure visiting your country. I found it culturally enriching, amazing scenery and the people are kind & helpful everywhere I went. I encourage all my viewers/subs to go there especially Java. I'll definitely be back this year to travel across Sumatra cause we are neighbours/friends and so close geographically. I'm so happy u are liking my vids as well as my son's. Take care and get out live your dreams (no matter how big or small they are).

The country side of Java and the rest of Indonesia they are living In farming beside rice, they are produce fruits like banana, oranges, Apple, salak, semangka, and many others tropical fruits but dragon fruits produce from Papua. Also they are produce many kind spices like chilly, tumeric, onion, etc. I have big lands at west Sumatera because my home there, maybe one day i Will back to produce something there, you should travel to sumatera or Borneo next time. Indonesia have a great transportation, most of the train were Made from Indonesia engineer and Indonesia also export their train to Pakistan, Banglades, and India

Sorry for taking so long to respond to this comment but I usually focus on the more encouraging feedback. Please keep in mind when I shot this vid Covid was on the decline and many people were not masking up. Also note when vlogging it's important for viewers to see a vloggers face. What I tended to do when vlogging during covid, I'd remove my mask to shoot the vid then put it back on after stopping the camera. Anyhow thanks for watching my vid

The train you're taking is executive class, not economy class. Economy class seat is non reclining, seat 2-3 and facing each other..

Thanks for enlightening me on the class I was in on the Yogya train. The seat I purchased (with help from my friend I met) was similar to all other seats on the train so I presumed the entire train was the same class. Maybe there are other Yogya trains which are pure/all economy class.

Haven't thought about going to Portugal cause there's too many places to go before that. India & Nepal are at the top of my list to visit next however I'm going back to The Philippines (March) and probably Sumatra Indonesia before I head over to the sub continent mid year.
