@@rawbhd4477 Yes, knees or kicks to the head of s grounded opponent are illegal. This used to be both knees, but most states are 2 feet and 1 hand to make 3 posts. If you are have posts down, you are grounded. And to answer another individuals idea about why more fighters don't use them, is because if a kick even glances off the shoulder coming in an upward direction, there's a high chance it's going to slide into the head. If the grounded guy moves even a little, you could clip his head, lose half your money, and take an L on your record including losing whatever Rank you might have. Knees to the body are safer, because you control the head and hips with both arms. Soccer kicks are super reckless
