loveeee how you broken this down by room and also showing all of the items!!! 100% agree that having a charger that only stays in your room and never leaves is super super important!! every time i move that charge i am always scrambling to find another one 😩 also love how your coffee table has storage for blankets! super super nice i loveee blankets so i have so many so that is such a good idea!!

I use my clothing bureau top, for projects and so much more on the top of it. Saves space too by not having two seperate pieces of furniture. I can stand and not hurt my back from sitting for hours. People always comment on it - as a great idea. ***I'd add to the list, a portalble normal size washing machine on wheels as invaluable, (unless your flat/apartment has in-suite laundry). I have a large one on wheels that connects to the sink. When I buy a house, I can take my washing machine with me and use it there too. I do not use a laundry basket, I use the washer itself to put used clothing in. Wet or damp things get hung and when dry into machine, no silly smells or molding items that need washing.

I use a food scale instead of measuring cups. WAY more accurate plus if you have a food sealer for when meats are on sale the food scale helps with measuring exact weights. I buy large ground beef and chicken packages, etc. and then weigh out to what is a portion for me or recipes (like 1 pound ground beef), seal it, mark it and freeze it. Really an amazing way to save on items that can be pricey.
