I love the fab community, and I'll tell you a firsthand example of why: FaB is relatively new in my country (Brazil), and specifically at my LGS, we've been playing for about a year. We started with commoner, then went to Clash, and now we're in CC. I was interested in FaB since a long time ago, and I even told my LGS owner about bringing the game (until it happened), but I never really had the money to buy/build and actual CC deck. So one thing my community made for me, that made me really emotional, was to gather some funds/credits with the LGS and help me buy a Boltyn Armory Deck. I paid about a fourth of the deck's price because of it, and now I play weekly with the guys. The community is what this game is all about ❤

I'm pretty sure the best gift I've ever given was a Bridge of Khazad-dum diorama I made and painted for my dad (I made the bridge but bought, reposed, and painted the miniatures). The Lord of the Rings books are his favorite and he would read them to me as bedtime stories when I was a kid. When the miniature game came out after the movies were released, I thought it would be a neat idea to do up. I'm rarely what I would consider to be a creative gift giver, but this is once where I really hit it out of the park.

I treasure the work of personalized gifts. Last September my grandmother passed away. Certainly I wasn’t very close with her, but it was really tough on my own mother. An individual was able to make up a personalized mug with a beautiful photo of her on it and it was just worth so much more than any gift off the shelves of chain stores. My birthday is directly on Christmas (25th) and no gift is greater than just sitting down, and presenting lethal damage to others across the tables at armouries 😂 great video! Keep it up!

I strongly recommend that you call the stores beforehand because the retailers list on the flesh and blood website is very outdated.And for example, the closest store to my area that actually sells it is thirty miles when there are about ten other stores closest, but all of them are on the list, but none of them sell it.

I'm one of the the TCG nerds in my friend group, so when my birthday came up it was natural that they would get me something TCG related. What I didn't expect though was that they went out of their way to get one of those laser cut deck boxes you also showed in the video (I believe that exact one already cut lol), but then painted it green and added gold flakes to make it extra ✨sparkly ✨❤ I love them from the bottom of my heart and they really aren't that much into TCG and in fact have to always endure when I tell them about the latest FAB release or something, but that specific gift will always be very special to me, just because so much work was put into something where they had no idea whether I could use it or not 😭❤. My community has a secret Oldhim tradition 🎅, so I knew I was making something for a Kano fan. I ended up making a custom token with a qr code on the art to be given by the Kano player to their opponent when the Kano player goes off. The code would send them to a PowerPoint presentation telling them all the ways they could have played differently to not lose to the Kano shenanigans unraveling before their very eyes

@@DuckSlinger11 They were super easy actually (but perhaps not very high quality), I cut out the pictures from the actual stir the pot card, made a small hole in the top, then used cheap 6mm open rings to attach them to the earring hooks. I also stuck some beads on that I had lying around 🤣 can definitely be done with clip ons!
