Girl for me it’s Nigerian fried rice for the win yes the shepards pie looks so yummy and fresh but as a Nigerian I go with my fried rice. Welldone girl Ive learnt new skills on making my fried rice more better cos looks so yummy and it’s not gumming together 😭😭 everytime I try mine it’s never one one always gumming but now I’ll use your technique and will get back to you on how it turns out

Im going to try this looks so amazing, adding butter and also cream cheese doesn't it make it burn faster in the oven and also the toasting of the rice if I have a lot of chicken broth do I need to increase curry into it

You're so welcome! The butter and cream cheese actually give it a nice richness and browning but if you're worried about it burning, you could try reducing the oven temperature or keeping a closer eye on it!

No please because when the curry is too much you won’t like the taste you can put it in moderation and you’ll be fine a half flat table soup is good let me know if you have any further questions
