The first question he asks...I’d say mind wipe upon coming back into human form & then the subconscious programming from others that we unknowingly accept! To reverser it we must hear something different than our subconscious programming over & over till that reprograms the subconscious beliefs which create our lives & behavior patterns & patterns of successes or failures, etc.. (If he became omniscient, how does he not know the answer?? That’s perplexing.) Yet elsewhere he does say one needs to experience it or a glimpse of it, as did Neville Goddard. Sahdguru explains a meditation with a special breathing exercise in which one states, “I am not the body, I am not even the mind, over & over & supposedly done each day for a specified period of time, for many months...then, one can come to that realization or catch a glimpse of it. Dr. Joseph Murphy related a story of when Thomas Troward was invited to the mansion of a great man in India & though the driver of the carriage of horses sent to pick up Troward & his wife, could walk through the wall, Troward & his wife had to open the door to get in!

Interesting. I found myself listening and asking ok yes, I want that! But tell me what to do. How to do it!.... You can't just say "realize this" "do that" or the world would be Full of realized beings. I'm sorry to be cynical but I want to understand him very much. Love the spirit of his teaching.

Talk to me in 3 months. I've taken the playbook of his book 'no attachments and no aversions' as inspiration and directive. Kundalini awakening has almost cleared every channel now. A slight bit more releasing to go. People don't go all the way because their mind boxes them in so that they don't even believe it's possible. You can't know beyond the mind. It also takes an extreme commitment and it's a very paradoxical path. Just having an awakening to 'no self' is only part way. Lester is imploring you to go to the end and transcend the illusion of death even.

I don’t understand how exactly to let go of my self imposed limitations. Because in the back of my mind, I’m like, “oh, I’m free, I’m billionaire!, I don’t have to go to work!, I can do anything I want just like that!”. But reality is that I’m just stuck in a 9 to 5 job imagining things like a 5 year old girl. Never works.

@@english_5359 I'm none of the above things you mentioned, but I'm slowly making my way back "home" , I discovered along my journey, that wanting big things and wanting then fast and now are the ego's trap to get me to go for those things and not achieve them therefore cementing and proving and strengthening the belief that I'm powerless and can reach my goals , but setting small goals and achieving them makes the ego work for me not against me , after all I may be wrong
