The Ultimate Gizdodo recipe . This gizzard and plantain dish is a must try !

Gizdodo can be paired with rice or eaten alone as a meal . It is quite easy to put together and Judah I show you how.
List of ingredients
Very ripe plantains ( 8 )
2 packs of chicken gizzard
Oil for frying
To season the gizzard use
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon parsley leaves
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
4 tomatoes
3 red bell pepper
1 onion
Scotch bonnet to taste
To season the sauce I used
1 cup oil
4 grated garlic clove
Thumb sized ginger
Season to taste with curry thyme
Chicken seasoning , parsley flakes and salt
