How to Apply for CLASS II Medical :
1) Download the list of CLASS II approved Drs from DGCA website .
2) Find a dr near to your home or in your state .
3) Contact him/her and take an appointment .

How to Apply for Class I Medical ( If you are doing from AIRFORCE STATION ) :
1) Fill the annexure `A` form link is given below.
2) Submit it to DGCA medical cell .
3) Then DGCA will give you appointment .
4) For AFCME, Delhi take the appointment 3 months before.

How to Apply for Class I Medical ( If you are doing from civil centre ) :
1) Contact directly to that hospital and take the appointment .
How to Apply for class 1 Renwal :
1) Download the list of class 1 medical examiner from DGCA website
2) Contact them and take an appointment .
3) DO your CBC Routine test and Urin test from NABL or NABH approved Lab .
4) Take reports along with you .

If your medical is lapsed in this case :
1) Take an appointment from dr .
2) Obtain NOC from DGCA for that fill the Annexure `D` form
3) Send form to DGCA along with Copy of Last Medical Assessment issued by DGCA ( If not received, then CA-35 issued by Boarding Centre) , Copy of License , Copy of 1st & last page of log book , Documents supporting reason for delay e.g. medical certificates if reason was medical
4) After getting NOC from DGCA you can do your medical .

RE-INITIAL Medical ( Class I medical not renew from more than 2 years ):
1) In this case you have to do your CLASS 1 initial from AIR FORCE STATIONS .
2) Obtain an NOC from DGCA
