when you say 272k people joined , that is incorrect. its 272k tickets have been earned - if each players gets lets say on average 7 tickets each - that means theres around 40k ppl entering, and that means you have like a 40% chance of winning smth. obviously my numbers arent completely correct but a rough estimate.

It might end up coming based on the fact that it didn’t really change the economy too much. It might come back on year 500 instead of 400 though.
