Hi thanks for your very informed videos. I am a beneficiary of a trust. There are 3 of us. Our parents died last year. My brother is trustee and executor. He is siding with my sister to take my inheritance and my lease on the property belonging to trust and have me thrown off. My sister has her name on the trust account and is spending the trust money on her own interest and both have employed 7 lawyers with trust money at will. I am forced to defend myself from their onslaught.

My brother is Trustee of a Trust in which my disabled brother is the beneficiary; it has been nearly 15 years. His ignorance or not caring is showing and he can be very intimidating. This is so mentally draining, I just want to let it go, just for my sanity. Finally, the state has caught up with him, but he seems able to override them, doing his "nobody told me", innocent, blaming others. My latest thought is: can I be blamed or charged with something because I am aware and allowing him to play this game?

Trusty- refuses any and all portion of the trust to be paid out. until We sign and notorize a letter saying We won’t sue him after Receiving payouts, Trusty also wants to keep 15% of estate in case taxes are due. Im in Florida , Trusty is in Utah, and estate is in California.. need help

Presently facing many of the legal violations you have indicated in a Trust and Will case in California. As a Beneficiary a resident of Florida and not represented by a lawyer. The Trustees are using a Law Firm to shield their mistakes and violations to cover their tracks and setting time dead lines against the Terms of the Trust without presenting them for months. Are there any CA State Agencies or DA Offices that might assist in such cases of fraud, beside the expensive terms of the Probate Courts.

What specific character flaw should I focus on when trying to convince a judge that my sister (trustee of my parent’s estate) is not “trustworthy?” She actively hid my mother’s death from me until I found out through my father’s doctor three months later. My sister was instrumental in helping my mother change her Will and Trust 16 weeks before her death. My mother suffered with liver disease and all of its complications for five years. Her diminished cognitive function was obvious to me, but not to the latest lawyer hired to make the changes. My sister is a highly skilled manipulator (psychologist and malignant narcissist). What specifically should I focus on when In front of the judge? BTW, there is a No Contest Clause, so I have to be very careful. 🙏

I even found he purchased houses took out loans. If it was not for Rodrick Dyer of Laconia, New Hampshire I would not have found out the truth he died. He told me the truth regarding Edward and his family. I found the town to go over my condo. he purchased another condo, this Hass to be heard in Essex County Massachusetts 32 acres along the Merrimack river. He developed the property. His partner left me properties everywhere I found a death certificate, not real on the Internet.

I Have Question but in order for me to ask I need to tell a lil back story to it. I never knew I had Social security until I hit mid 20s, my Trustee never informed me about it until some ppl I do trust faithfully informed me about it, and ever since then it's been hell for me, it just a whole lot to the point I still break down in private over it, it a lot that had been going on but if my question is their any steps I can take to approach this situation? Because I feel that this was very horrible an it's not right.

My trustee won’t speak to us and uses an attorney to answer ALL his questions. The CPA charges to produce backup. Is this Ok? Does he have the power to spend unlimited on his agents. I am afraid to ask questions and get backup due to the cost.

Can we please call them grantees I did not get a benefactor trust I got a grantor trust so please call them grantees stop calling them beneficiaries. And please in April get the acceptable use policy with 105 provisions built and delivered by your clients for you to install and service without the crime and fighting and forget the litigation. Or double dip with litigation. If the parents don’t spend the nickel to spare, the kids the dime to avoid the prebate trust litigation quarter.

If the trustee has violated the will by acting with malfeasance, that means the trustee has in essence "contested" the will. If the will contains a no contest clause, then the trustee is also not to receive anything. Correct?
