I think you can use the inbound webhook trigger. It gives you an endpoint where you can send requests to

This would be awesome if it could work. Followed the instructions precisely, but the toollist and name and everything never gets passed to the webhook info. A bit frustrating. I've re-created the basics a few times. Any suggestions?

Yes, so you put the webhook URL in the advanced tab. Then under you choose what data to send through. I think that's the only issue from what I'm reading. Seems like you're not sending data, there's a drop down with that kind of data you want. You can use call tools, and end of call report. Praying for you, it's hard at first!!!!
