• We will be repairing and replacing all internal and external house surfaces, including windows and both internal and external doors, and also re-designed the layout plan with a few additional amenities.
• The floor and floor screed will be removed and good quality water proof treatment applied and the floor finish to replace with bigger size, stylish and durable ceramic tile.
• We will have a complete kitchen makeover, new lower and upper cabinets with a black granite top, with provision for a six-burner cooker and a double door fridge not to forget provision for other small appliances.
• The existing bathroom to be expanded to include an aluminum shower cubicle.
• The existing ceiling to be replaced with gypsum board with simple but beautiful cornice
• The internal doors and door frames to be replaced with mahogany timber door frames and semi solid paneled mahogany doors.
• To finish up with properly skimmed wall and appropriate first quality paint the interior and exterior of the house.
