You said bring the fight on these sauces, here I am! JK! So I have never heard of El Yucateco and I will need to try it! Franks is my favorite but tabasco as a bottom? LOL I usually put it on my Waffle House hashbrowns with some ketchup to spice it up, I love how the sauce just plays well with other taste. I love the videos! =)

El Yucateco is a habanero sauce and not similar to the other salsa picantes. It is often found in Mexican restaurants and the Mexican section of grocery stores.

tabasco sauce is a delicacy with sea food, now the valentina works great with beef jerky, and jalapeno chips, and uisiana for wings

Nice video. Very fair. I have a soft spot for Texas Pete. Despite it's obvious shortcomings, it's the reason I am commenting on this video. You call these "diner hot sauces," and TP was the sauce in the mom and pop restaurants of southern Virginia. It was the stuff my cousins and I dared each other to try. And it was the first sauce where I said "Wow! I really like this hot stuff!" So even though its too mild for anyone serious about hot sauce, TP is often the gateway drug for mid-Atlantic hot sauce junkies!

Just my opinion, but sriracha is a hot chili sauce...not really a table top hot sauce. Not what I consider a tabletop hot sauce like tapatio or texas pete or cholula anyway.
