How can you hear the TV over the sound of the water? Then, who really wants to sit in a hot tub to watch a TV show? Most hot tubs have safety features preventing you from spending more than 30 minutes at a time in a hot tub. If money is no object, then it needs to be wider to accommodate adults who wish to actually lay in the tub (plenty of awkward toe touching with your neighbour as this hot tub is too small for 12 adults. Looks impressive, however, it's meant to sell you on looks not on actual practicality and how users would really use it. One thing also missing is the hot tub cover(s). No hot tub cover means the tub is constantly cycling on/off to maintain temperature. Maintenance, even for the pool boy would be a nightmare (not to mention, hazardous). I'll pass on this hot tub as it has too many design flaws.
