Love this. I am good at south paw on one side, and my other side is completely off the rails and looks stupid. Can be frustrating, but it has to take practice.

Hello Dan, I've noticed significant improvement in your side swing form. Previously, you had a tendency to raise your hand too high and wobble your head, but now you're keeping your hand at chest level, showing great progress. That's one of the many reasons I love you. ❤❤

Nice video as usual, I do jumping rope workout 3 days a week 5000 each within 1 hour in the morning i want to add this side swing and other tricks is the rope length is similar to normal jumping rope and rope which rope type is good for this tricks?

The Sideswipe single under looks more like a side swipe cross over single under :D I thougth when you mentiond it, that it will look more like the southpaw but only from the right or the left side. Still whip myself during cross overs, and that shit hurts baaaad. Thanks for the vid an dkeep up the good work.
