Youre an absolute legend mate. Im doing a Luxembourg BaN on a custom database, S4 and at a stage where im starting to sign lots of relatively high potential players and wondering how I can get the loan farm happening. Ah here we go! I’m doing Republic of Ireland with Sligo Rovers. S17…have won two European cups and have Ireland up to 6th in coefficient. The biggest drag is getting solid 2.5 star ability players out on loan to other Irish clubs. Loan manager is a nuisance this season. End up babysitting his every move and feel it doesn’t actively offer out players at all. Looking forward to digesting this all later!

I’m also in Ireland with UCD 2039. Got up to 5th after PSG failed FFP and France took a hit but back down to 7th now though expect to be 6th next year. I have taken to an approach of just signing every promising young player there is. Transfer budget has hit 500mil and just been buying everyone. Have like 30 keepers on the books. Just a question of if not when the clubs take them. Eventually the clubs get to a point of having enough players that your 120 CA 5 stars can get loans anywhere

WIth youngsters just stick in 10k-100k wages after 5 games and lower the current wage as low as you can based on the leagues rules during negotiation. And here you go, you get the lowest wage on every youngster going out on loan.

So i'm in 2034 in my VVV Venlo save and money isnt really a problem and i feel like the other netherland teams have struggled internationaly. I decided to turn it into a Build a Nation save and just went to south america and bought 52 players. Next stop asia!

But having 300 players out on loan are not unrealistic? And building up a nation like Malta to dominate European football is not unrealisic? Dunno mate I feel like the whole premise of these types of saves is just for fantasy only and to challenge your abilities to (ab)use everything the game offers to you.
