I am 63 I am glad your as sick as me. Putting Floyd with this is brilliant. I finally liquidated all of my "A-B and variety of variations. I lived for 6 years selling it off on eBay. Local area BP Rep. came to my house and purchased a complete 1-75 A/boxes. Not to mention I sold my Marklin Layout and collection in pieces. You have a fabulous collection. Thank you for making this and I will never get tired of watching this. Terrydude

What does "A, B, C, etc boxes" mean?

There is different artwork on the A, B and C box types. A type boxes are the earliest, for the first type of Matchbox with the metal wheels, and usually only red and black artwork on the box. Later box types have more colour as the printing process advanced. The keen collector wants the correct box, with the correct year of car. Some cars were in production long enough to belong to different box types.
