One more tip: You can add cumin ( jeera)powder and half spoon ajwain. It makes bhaji tastier and ajwain helps in healing stomachache. Instead of baking soda you can add 1/2 or 1 tbsp lemon juice. Lemon juice do not make bhaji oily. Because of lemon juice , bhaji hold less oil inside.

Madhuri man don't add baking soda bcos while frying the bhajias absorb more oil...and for onion bhajia add salt to sliced onion and keep aside ..then add all ingredients trust me turns so crispy and tasty and oil free as well without baking soda....😊
