Marvo is stupidly strong, it’s essentially a 1 card in con with any top deck tutor. Vampiric tutor a peer into the abyss and win, or if you feel grindy put consecrated sphinx. Been playing it on cedh Reddit discord and it’s a house

Just passing to say that Vannifar can cloak a huge permanent from your hand, then you blink it for 1-2 mana and that permanent will return face up, so you can actually cheat their mana cost. Still not even close to cEDH level, but may be some good casual commander.
