Yes!! You can apply the decal to the files and clean dip nail. Apply a coat of your dip base and dip into clear to encapsulate. Then seal with your activator and top coat!

Yes!! You can use tweezer to pick up and place the decal. I just find it easier for me to use the stamper!

My question is why do you encapsulate with clear, why don't you just do a second layer of your main color ?❤😊

@@karenbutterfield8404 you totally could! Some people prefer clear bc it protects the color during filing. It also is the strongest acrylic since it’s not compromised by pigment or glitters, so it adds extra strength to the nail. But it’s totally personal preference!
