Other than mixing up $ for VND, or mixing the 2 currencies together, well-enough done. 10:55 I've not had a problem with napkins with sitdown restaurants, but I can see that being a problem with street food. And the ONLY place that I've been to that charges for (wet) napkins is Phy Quyen. I love their pho Saigon, but I never pay for napkins.

@@preston74 I understand that and acknowledge how horrible it all was, but that was all in the past and the old flag is not the official flag of Vietnam. It is a communist country and we have to accept that
