Dump the folder structure. Use 2 yml properties for each note. Tag and Type and place everything in 1 folder. Of course you can use more, but these are important. Type is for example: Itinerary, Knowledge, Map of Content, or just Note In the Tag property you can fill in everything that has to do with the subject. Then you make a bookmark to the type field: ie ["Type":Itinerary] You can then search by Type or tag subject. On top of that you use Omnisearch and you will find everything in no time. Even within PDFs Imported stuff - images, PDFs etc. you place in a separate folder. Templates also Bam - my perfect setup
