Vini is faster and a little better at dribling, but Rodrygo is so much better technically, he is a very good finisher and can create chances for his teammates and himself with easy. Everybody playing in the Premier League is 'the best ___ in the world'. These kids have obviously never seen 'the world'. There are many excellent ball playing center backs in Spain (including Araujo and Inigo Martinez) as good as or better than Ruben Diaz (who nobody in England knew about until he appeared at Chitty). As for the midfield and the Kevin De Bruyne and Rodri lovefest.... give me a break please. Rodri still can't make a side ahead of 34 year old Busquets (and then there's others) and De Bruyne has many equals in Spain. These guys live a sheltered life.

Rodri is the CM for Spain and has been for a couple of years now, are you living in the past? And of course KDB hasn't many "equals in Spain", he has been the driving for for Belgium for nearly a decade, one of the best national teams and has performed in both UCL and PL since he arrived at City. On this season along KDB, Rodri and Modric all seem very obvious picks.
