Still had more technical bugs and crashes not shown in the video, so I ask the damage control squad for this game to spare me from their inevitable gaslighting. There is a bizarre effort covering up the 3rd act of this story, and the polish of the game, but I ask everyone to form their own opinions. YMMV

I will say that I really like how the reformed villains are actually being genuine and are now just trying to make an honest living. Also, all the glitches and bugs casually being incorporated into the recap killed me.😂

LOL I gotta say I legit had to be like, one of the luckiest players to never encounter any of the bugs. I had a total of maybe two game crashes in cutscenes but the game picked right back up on reloading. Love the comedic approach with the inclusion of the bugs.

It might be a hottake but honestly I just found the story a bit lackluster, too much stuff happening way too fast and with too little time to let everything sink in. The third act really should’ve been a longer sequence. Especially compared to the last couple games also I can’t help but feel how “nice” and understanding everyone is, sorta made the whole double life thing feel incredibly nebulous.

Since I had just gone through the game a few weeks ago, I was going to give this video a skip and come back to it sometimes down the road. SO glad I didn't. I think it might just be the funniest RECAPitation, and I really hope it pops off and gets good viewership and engagement. Might just be the best use of a scuffed gameplay experience I'd ever seen. Personally, I think the Miles Morales game was much better-intentioned when it came to sociopolitical commentary, especially considering how that game's core theme is the importance and strength we can gain from community (or a "friendly neighborhood", so to speak). Yes, there's some (fairly obvious) references to police brutality and a BLM logo shows up at one point, but it's not in-your-face about it and it doesn't detract from the main story. Also, I want the goofy-ass 90's truck-driving Venom back. The "alien goop Satan" thing's already been done.

I am absolutely amazed at MJ's physical resilance being able to wipe out at high speeds on a motorcycle twice and walk it off with no injuries even though my father who was a Firefighter and First responder for more than 30 years would have said that is completely impossible and would have pointed out that she should have had at the least severe roadrash if not several broken bones from the impact but i guess he would have just been foolishly mansplaining huh? 😂 Seriously though awesome video love the subtle jabs at the crap story of this game

I hear you... the reason I jabbed at the bike wipeouts is I will never forget a friend I had in college who wiped out on his bike and the skin on his arms was shredded so bad they had to transplant patches of skin from his legs. Another incident was another friend's dad who also had a wipeout and was nearly paralyzed waist down going nowhere near as fast as her. But you know, MJ was just using her badass spider-strength

(My english isn't that great that's why i need help to understand the story here) can you explain to me what does miles mean? can you please elaborate in detail about this mission so i could understand what's happening? what the drone is doing near miles before he chases the drone? what does kraven mean by "this is no hunt to be proud of. a stain on my legacy, a disgrace, but deadly nontheless, find them, kill them" and why miles thinks that this specific drone will lead him to Li? again, an amazing video! appreciate your help

​@OniBlackMage It's great that you recognize that. I've been encountering a lot of people saying oposite and that this game is having Miles outshine or take focus over Peter, which cofuses me. Doesn't help that some higher up (I think) from Insomniac said that they were going to have Miles be the main Spider-Man for their next game. The way I see it, that could just be a tease for another interquel like Miles Morales and not actually Spider-Man 3 and this is just a way to have Peter Parker get his in universe break People on the internet being people on the internet just blow this out of proportion and think Miles is replacing Peter 100% and missed the message and nuance of the ending.

Wow, what an absolute crap story. The blatant pandering in the form of Mary Jane ex machina was just....garbage. So many powerful female characters to choose from, so many different ways to write a way for mj to get new powers, but they just went with "woman is badass because she is woman." Seriously, make her a hero, but make her one that makes sense. All of what she did could have been done by black cat in a way that actually makes sense for the characters that are already established.
