batteries cannot spawn twice in one room UNLESS it’s before room A-21. This is because exactly 7 batteries always spawn in the prelude rooms (1-20) so it’s rare (but possible) to find 2 of them there.

personally, my opinion on Pride is that it's pretty OP, you have to be very careful to get it, so it's not TOO difficult (legit just camp a safe spot once you find it until A-60 passes then resume moving) and it eliminates A-40, A-50, and makes A-250 easier to deal with, as the only entities that require a locker is 2 out of the 11, total entities, so once A-60 and A-60' attack, if you're below A-200 go to a locker to listen for A-120, otherwise, A-120 doesnt spawn past A-200, so you can tell if A-200 spawned when the place is foggy

i played this in 2022 when rooms was concidered a doors ripoff and when only noonieloafer and vaultbuild were playing it mostly and it was private server only game without menu (btw there is a way to know how much health u have, if u beat the whole entire game to a-1000 you get the scanner and it tracks batteries and has a stamina & health meter but it is hard to hear a-60 and a-60' so u have to use the static cue to know when an entity is coming.)

I usually count to 3 before getting in and waiting for it to pass, when it does I immediately get out and get back in until it leaves, if prime spawns wait maybe 2 ish seconds before getting in, then get out and get in again as soon as you know prime passed you

More tips: You can use the heartbeat sounds to time A-200. Pnevma can't hear you sprint when you use the charm of sloth, and can't see your lights if the shakelight (gummy) is below 50%, or if you're using the NVCS-3000. The Charm of Sloth instantly hides you from any entity, making timing much easier. The charm of Envy will sometimes warn the player of entities, but it's only useful with A-60 and A-120, as other entity attacks are fairly obvious. The Charm of Wrath is a waste, don't use it, as it is only leaves you more vulnerable. As is the charm of Desire, being hard to obtain, and barely rewarding.
