In penguin mod if you make a custom block and remove text, press "returns a value" until you get the hat block. Then name it and pick "ending blocks" press ok. There you have a cool hat block (you can't put connect it)

I had scratch tools for a long time until I noticed it has sooo much impact on performance. My scratch was lagging soo much. when I uninstalled scratch tools, It became smooth again. (Scratch addons does not have this problem. Also scratch tools has too many bugs rather then features
