a friend of mine (another youtuber) told me that too, so i do that from now on. i steamed up some monster sized blue crabs a few days ago and made sure to show me picking and eating them too. i feel silly eating in front of the camera but i know if im watching foodies at a buffet, etc, i have to admit, i like to see them taste it and comment on it. i guess its a foodie thing.

I love how it was presented so simply and doable! Wondering if some flavor may be sacrificed in the potatoes and corn etc, since they don’t get the shell flavor infused. Might not matter in the end. I’ll have to find out! Very nicely done!
