It's only because of the divine intervention that this video appeared on my video feeds. I was so confused between OM and AUM. Initially when I started chanting, I started with OM, and the results were amazing. I witnessed a completely new version of myself. And then, my monkey mind did what it always does, started looking for more info, and I see that a lot of influencers say that pronouncing OM is wrong and AUM is correct. I tried the AUM chant, and I literally felt that this is not working, I didn't notice any change. Thank you so much Swami ji for the much needed clarification. I believe you should intervene and create an awareness among the people, because I am 100% sure, that alot of people are following AUM. This is a serious problem.

I am enjoying chanting OM. I do it every day 45 times deep OM chanting. One chant 30 to 40 sec. and sometimes even 108 times. I enjoy vibrations in my head when I end OM with m. After m I maintain silence but also do 3 bandha i.e Jalandhar < Uddiayan and Mula bandha. I hope I am on the right track. I will be obliged if I get guidance from Swami Sarvapriyananda.
