Check with your isp. Do some research online and see if it a common thing with your isp/area. I used to have a service called frontier and I notice even though they didn't sell subs with data caps all heavy users (over 100GB monthly downloads + streaming and gaming in 5 person home) experienced a lot of disconnects and outages as well as slow pings and slow downloads. Seems like a couple of smaller amd larger isp have been caught doing things to its heavy users pings and speeds even though its "unlimited data with no caps."

Oh my gosh, I had Zito Media when I lived in St. Mary’s. Absolutely hated it. They absolutely did not have their stuff together, ever, for any problem. I spoke to one of their retired techs and asked some questions about my suspicions and long story short: they have some shady shady practices! I would find an alternative at whatever cost. Probably difficult cause Zito tends to monopolize their areas.
