Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Acts 16:31 “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Colossians 1:14 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:” Salvation is obtained by simply believing in Jesus’ death (Blood sacrifice), burial and resurrection for payment of all your sins (past, present and future) with your whole heart.

Early in my walk 5 years ago I learned from somewhere or from something I’ve read that I can’t recall but having God is contentment. Knowing that in despite of our struggles, hardships, and challenges etc. we remain content knowing that we can rest in him wherever we are in our life circumstances. I’ve found that to have helped me to understand internally what it means to have God and to trust him in fervent faith. 😊
