So much progress in March, we got shingles and started on our HVAC, Plumbing and electric rough ins!

Hun, maybe think about using: solar panels, batteries and backup generators. 30 thousand dollars could make it where you don't have utility bills. Also, when everyone else is having to pay higher and higher bills as time goes on, your property will be utility bill free. Thinking of the future. Just a thought. I LOVE your scenery. Beautiful. I been looking at property in Kittanning PA that has 120 acres and hopeful that the 80 acre piece of property next to the main acreage can be bought. For me the main thing is like what you mention... PRIVACY! Then I make sure the property has NO septic system as I'm not a fan, has to have natural gas cause I hate electric stoves and must have highspeed internet like Xfinity or Verizon.
