My new year's resolution is to try to do more for my two sons who both have terminal brain cancer. They both have small children and I know they worry about what the future holds for their families. When we moved to North Washington State as a teenager, we always played in the snow like this. I Love it!:) Your family is so festive n amazing. I miss all this. My parents are old now and very I'll, so we don't get to have Christmas like this anymore. Your AMAZING why you ask? The joy you showered us all with in this vlog. Tears, smiles, envy, appreciation all in one vlog. The true meaning of why we celebrate. This year was a very hard year; my son (46) diagnosed with cancer, my other son (43) same cancer, husband two knee surgeries, my daughter (34) surgery to remove tumor, then myself. On & on...... no Christmas Tree here because we were determined to reach inward and decide what we really are celebrating. So Chatwins D & D thank you. I was addicted to sugar. I started having multiple health issues and didn't know what was going on with my body. In 2019 I decided to try to take back control of my body and health and I gave up sugar, except those naturally found in berries. I gave up all other fruit and quit honey in my tea. It was and still is not easy. I think I will always want sugar, but one year later and I have completely reversed and/or healed the myriad of issues that were wrecking my body and health. No Dr's, no meds, just eliminated sugar as much as possible. I will never go back. I was so scared for my health. I will never love sugar the way I love how much healthier I am now and how much better I feel. I'm sharing this, not to be peachy in any way, but because I am honestly so much happier and have so much more energy. And I wish only health and happiness for you both! You guys are an Amazing couple! Both of you have huge hearts, full of Joy, and Love all year round! I always enjoy watching the vlogs you guys are able to post! Throughout childhood, teenage years, and now adulthood, I've always rather gave, then to receive. Throughout childhood, my Dad, sister and I would go around singing at different places that would ask us to, as long as something else wasn't already scheduled. My New Year's Resolution, is hanging more on the doctors. 2019 was the worst year yet for my health, and with being only 40, with a long line of autoimmune disorders just getting worse, I always have, and will, keep the Faith there will be a miracle, and that the doctors are wrong. Another personal resolution, is not to cry half of May away. You guys realize how fast time flies. I have a Senior that will be turning 18 in 2 months, and twins that are 15 1/2. It just seems like yesterday they were all the same age as Darik's kids! Please, stay healthy! Stay Safe! Stay Positive! Keep the Faith! Love you guys!

My new years resolutuon is to have a good year. The last few years have been really tough and I vow 2020 will be my year. All that has happened in my life I still look to God for guidance and I know eventually he will turn my life around for the better. I have PCOS and my husband had some infertility issues as well. He had surgery and even after that the doctor told us we had a 7% chance to have children even with fertility treatments. So we just went for it. We had tried to get pregnant for over 5 years without help. After two treatments I got pregnant with my first!! My handsome boy!! He is now 14 and taller than I am. I went on to have twins a boy and girl which are now 9! And I was so thankful!! But just because our God is awesome and wanted the last word...lol I found out I was pregnant with my Lily (she is 7 now!) with no treatments!! It happed naturally!! Never give up! God always has the last word and everyone has a different story. May God bless you with a quiver full!!! ❤️

I live in Southern California & I've never seen the snow ❄️ ☹️, the closest I've come to seeing snow was a lil bit of drops that hit the windshield....drops that weren't rain but not hail either. Dylan and Delia, it's always fun on Boxing Day to watch some of my favourite family vlogs. Yours is my all time favourite. I love the parties and the family fun you had, but mostly the message. I think it such a lovely thing you did to give another family who is struggling a true Christmas miracle. They so likely had one of the happiest Christmas mornings/days. As for my goals for 2020, I was given a wonderful gift yesterday. You see, I'm a single mom with a daughter in college in BC (I live in Alberta). I had a spine/spinal cord injury about 9 years ago. I have some mobility, but it is very limited (I can scoot around the house). Well, wheelchairs and mobility devices (decent ones) are really expensive. I couldn't afford a new one and the one I had literally was broken by the airline when I went to get my daughter settled into her new home in BC. I couldn't prove it wasn't like that ahead of time, so I was left with a wheelchair with one foot rest and a bent frame that made it very difficult to maneuver. So, I've pretty much been home-bound since August. Anyways, my entire family chipped in this year and bought me a wheelchair. Not only did they give me back some mobility, but I don't know that they realize that they have given me back some independence... the ability to go places with friends and family again. It was really hard to keep saying "no" to everyone when they'd call to invite me to come over or to join them. It's been a very isolated few months. With not having the wheelchair, I've lost a lot of muscle and strength. My goal is to slowly, carefully, and with guidance from my doctors, get some strength back. It's my hope that with an increase in some mobility, I will also get some time back with family and friends. @@sophielauren7199 Hi Sophie, I really appreciate your kind words. I am truly blessed with the family I have. To go from being a hard working parent to a disabled person seemingly in minutes is a very hard pill to swallow. It can take years to accept in some cases. It's still hard to believe this is me sometimes, but I've overall come to accept it. Mental health IS a huge issue with many people with disabilities, especially if they are low-income and alone. Thank you for recognizing this. It would be so much better for all disabled people if others considered this. Thanks again and all the best in 2020 to you and yours.

My New Years Resolution is to wake up everyday & be a better version of myself than the day before. Really work on spending time with my family and not buying things we don’t need & to reach my goals I’ve set for myself and to really work on letting the past remain there with the hurt I carry from my childhood. I am doing everything I can to make sure my kids are loved and to teach and nurture them & I know with this they will grow into incredible, amazing adults that will change the world for the better... Everyone deserves a good start in life, a nurturing home. I forgive my parents and my dad in heaven who unfortunately ended his life because of his mental health. I hope 2020 brings you both peace and happiness!
