Most of the range is just pulling and he does that every ten seconds its supposed to do that and its cooldown is trash and its all single target which is also trash on speedruns and also i would prefer hyper WAYYYYYYY more than utdm plus every toilet has to get in his shortest ring to do the auctual 170000dps i would even prefer toxic utc more than utdm since he is WAYYYYY cheaper than utdm.
