Putting Cutting Edge in F is absolutely insane. The stun grenade has long been one of the most useful grenades in the game (although not as necessary since the buffs). The sickle is hands down the best AR in the game. The plasma punisher is a great AOE weapon with stagger. The Arc blitzer is an S tier bug gun, and the dagger is an extremely reliable sidearm. Its DPS is nothing great, but the moment you set an infantry bot on fire with it, you know they will die. And you never have to reload, so it’s always available when you need it. Yes, the armors and boosters are disappointing, but that isn’t nearly enough to lower it below A, though I’d argue it belongs in S

Blitzer and Stuns are great, but generally outclassed in the current meta. Everything else is skippable. Those particular weapons I'd give an A tier to, but the Warbond itself belongs in B because it just doesn't offer enough or any absolute must-haves. Still not F tier though.

I think Blitzer is still very meta on the bug front. Good damage and stagger, no ammo, easy to aim. I do agree about stun, most people seem to go termite or poison grenades now. I use the armor sets but only because I think they look cool not so much for practicality haha.

the booster was dang near mandatory during the spawn rate bug that lasted for a little bit, and still comes in handy in random lobbies with newer players who attack everything

I bought the Viper Commando armor just for the experimental cocktail stims. That run speed is juicy.

Honestly, you severely underestimated the utility on alot of the cutting edge items. Localization confusion applys to "scripted" spawns, makeing horde clear and evac asset missions incredibly easy by nukeing the spawns. arc-12 can auctually stunlock many enemys, including stalkers Punisher plasma is a good weapon for the bots (although it is still overshadowed by the sickle), it can stunlock devastators, makeing it ideal for takeing out heavy devastators.

Viper Commandos - The "drugs" booster alone is very useful and red beret is very fashionable. I'm vary happy popping stims drugs, hear colours and stab... I mean throw knifes at my enemies. Yea the commandos will be way better with some actual melee weapon in it. Polar Patriots - big miss with armours sliding on ice. I would love to take it on winter planets to avoid sliding on ice. They should have build in " Muscle Enhancement" for easy snow ploughing. Democratic Detonation - The best #1, every piece have a use. Eruptor use to be great before crossbow boost. "extraction pilot" is meh.

Strongly disagree on the Eruptor. It tears through bugs. Aim at the ground in the middle of a spawning pack or patrol, and you have a good chance of taking them all out. In addition, you can use it to quickly dispatch bug nests. Pair it with EMG mortar, it will keep the bugs sedated in the nest while you run around the rim annhiliating the bug holes with a single well placed shot. When it comes to Spore towers, Ive quickly dispatched them by using a Quasar canon + a single shot from the Eruptor while the Quasar is recharging. You can use the Eruptor to take out Illegal broadcast stations from a distance. Only thing I havent done is take out a skrieker's nest with it. I haven't had very good success with the bots on the other hand. It can take out the small ones, but larger bots usually take a few shots and on a bolt-action with a 5 round mag that sucks.

That's honestly insane to hear, I'll have to give the Eruptor a second chance! This game has taught me that "meta" is kinda nonsense, you really can make almost any combo work if you know what you're doing.

@@SpongeDidTheMath The hardest thing to get used to is waiting half a second after moving for the Eruptor to center the reticle. You'll blow yourself up a lot. You also have to watch space between yourself/allies and the bugs you are trying to shoot. I've taken a lot of accidental damage this way. Stay on the move and don't let them get close.

@@SpongeDidTheMath OH, I've only done it once because I'm usually under pressure, but if you can catch a bile titan with its mouth open, the Eruptor can take out the head in a single hit. All other shots are fairly ineffective though.

The Eruptor is my number one favorite primary, I've got two of my four loadout items from Cutting Edge (Dagger and Stun Grenades) and bought Polar Patriots almost entirely for the fashion (Kodiak is my favorite of the heavy fortified armors). It's safe to say that this tierlist is a bit insane to me. o_o

Dagger is a fantastic secondary for bots. It cleans basic troopers better then most weapons in the game, has an infinite amunition, and next to non-existent reload time if you need to shoot more then what already fairly generous battery allows you to. It can also take down devastators somewhat fast, provided you shoot them in the face, and you can clean mines with it without worrying about extra ammunition. Dominator is a let down? Wha-a-a-a? It's damage is absurd, it has a stun and it's one of the best anti-devastator/strider mains in the game.

No shot that a real person who plays the game is putting the warbond that only provides "flamethrower alternatives that sacrifice damage for crowd control but the crowd control in question doesn't work" and "stim pistol that only does anything when there are half-health teammates around and you can hit them with a slow and awkward projectile, in a meta where you need to stim damage on reaction not to get one-shot" in the middle of the pack.

The chemical agent is only good for support and mostly if your entire team is wearing the armor set so that you all are not dying from getting hit. Otherwise there is no point to bringing it by yourself

This tier list is wrong on so many levels. Cutting edge easily has some of the best and most useful weapons. Blitzer is easily S tier on the bug front and surprisingly useful against bots, if you get close, as it can stun lock everything except Hulks. Stun grenade is one of the best grenades in the entire game still. Polar patriots was one of the worst when it released, and still is lackluster. Peak physique is one of the most useful perks for autocannon, , flamethrower, HMG and MG. But then came Chemical Agents, which only good thing about it is the skull mask. Everything else is just trash.

You've already heard how abysmally wrong your take on the Cutting Edge warbond is... but hell you need to hear it again. It gives an S tier bug weapon, an S tier bot weapon and a solid A tier weapon for both sides, as well as a solid 4th booster (A team should always have Stamina, Vitality and Full Equipment, the 4th booster is flex), and also one of the best grenades in the game that is a vital part of certain loadouts. You can litterally have this warbond alone and solo super helldive... and you put it in F... for the sake of your reputation, delete or edit this video.
