Wow thank you so much for this video! I was so afraid to touch any part of my housing. Feeling great about it now.

Great video Nirapam, thank you! This is really helpful, though I have successfully puzzled my kit together and apart a few times, I just got a “new to me” zoom gear and this video helps a bunch with understanding setting things, up including the extra pieces.👍

Hi! Great content but I have a question. Aren’t you concerned about getting grease on your lenses with using one towel to wipe down your system and clean o-ring grooves?
@BluewaterPhotoStore11 ай бұрын
We recommend two separate towels for that! One for cleaning the o-ring grooves and one for wiping off ports....and probably another cleaning lenses :)

Other than fresh water soak and o ring clean and lube what other nauticam housing cleaning/ maintenance do you recommend? De-salting spray from boating store?
@BluewaterPhotoStoreАй бұрын
Good question! Salt-x has been known to work to get corrosion off nauticam housings. I think a long fresh water soak is most essential. I also recommend not putting wet neoprene on a glass dome - just rinse the glass dome with fresh water and dry it as quick as possible!

I need help. I have a flash trigger 26302 from Nauticam and Weefine WFS07 hybrid flash/video strobes. When I turn on my flash trigger it blinks green for a few seconds and immediately goes to red even though the batteries are new. And I can't get my strobes to flash mode, tried everything. What could be the problem?
@BluewaterPhotoStore9 ай бұрын
It sounds like the flash trigger might be the issue. We have seen Nauticam flash triggers have this issue before out of the factory. It's usually because the contacts are having difficulty touching. Please try taking the batteries out of the flash trigger and adding them again. If it continues to turn red please give us a call at 310-633-5052 or email us at support@bluewaterphotostore.com and we are happy to help!
