Great video guys, I do a butter bean and celeriac mash every Christmas and everyone loves it regardless of diet . If you add some plant milk with the water and some whole sprigs of rosemary and thyme when you're boiling it, it ups the flavour

What time do you want me to come around on Christmas Day 😂 I'll bring the wine. I make my red cabbage in a slow cooker a few weeks before and freeze so I just need to reheat on the day. I do the same with gravy
