HI 👋. Lovely video. If I want to do a day trip here with kids, do you think we should rent the golf cart upon arrival, tour the island, return the cart then head to Aquatic Funday to close off the day before catching the ferry back? Will we have time to enjoy the water park before it's time to catch the ferry back?

It will be a packed day for you for sure. It won't take you more than an hour to tour the island unless you stop off. Just check the last time the ferry heads back.

We always start by going to tripadvisor, honestly I can't remember how we booked it. Booking.com has good rates as well. Did you check out our video that is dedicated to the Los Suenos? I would also email the hotel directly to find out their rates compared to the other sites.

I’d say the locals level Garrafon park is best choice. Laid back, not expensive, easy beach entry for kids, good snorkeling nearby, and relaxing food choices and grounds for wandering around with the🦎

So we just came from the island l, where you said to get the golf cart, was a rip off! We were a party of 9 and got 3 golf carts, the lady behind the counter was a real jerk!! Plus it was a 10 min walk! We dropped the carts off at 4, they had to be back by 5. The doors were already locked!! Thank god the guy was still there! Then ..... keep in mind 9 of us, 4:15 in daylight...... one of the men in our group got pick pocketed! My suggestion is to stay with n the main areas and not be on foot for that far away from the main part of town! There was A LOT of police presence with automatic rifles! The island is beautiful but lots of poor parts! Just be aware!

You could probably cover the whole island in a couple of hours. Just depends on where you want to stop & get a bite to eat or drink or take in a picture opportunity
