Great video - thank you. As a beginner, I worry that by end of that warm up I’d probably need a lie down, and would be about ready to call it a day, but will modify and make use! 😂

Thanks for the reminder! As an... umm... old geezer, I really need to be warming up more, especially with winter on the way down this end of the planet.

Nice vid as always! i've been using all of that in my warmup routine, and even a little bit more (some pullups, ab exercises, dynamic stretching and shoulder strenghtening exercises), the only thing that i need to point out is 2:50 shoulder exercises, they should be swapped - first one is internal shoulder rotation (hand goes inward, and so does humerus bone), and the second one is external shoulder rotation (hand goes outward, and so does humerus bone).

Oh you’re so right! I absolutely looked it up to double check before I put it in the video but my jet-lagged self messed it up anyway 😅 Thanks for pointing it out - I always appreciate it

I’ve been loving all these tutorials lately as a newer climber. I was wondering if you guys could consider making a video on how to perform, read and some pro tips on all sorts of coordination dynos. I’ve looked around on KZbin but nobody seems to have an in depth video tutorial on how to do all those super cool moves you and Zach are always doing.

That’s a great idea! I’ll put that next on the list 😊

It's nice to see what a pro climber does to warm up! Although I warm up a lot, i dont do stretching, push-ups or squats :o I will definitly try finger flicks next time! Also training toe hooks and heel hooks is something I do sometimes but not always... I will pay attention to that from now! I'm so glad YT recommended me your channel!

Thank you! How long do your warm ups usually last in total?

This one is 10-15 minutes off the wall and about 20-25 mins on the wall!
