Question : Isnt it more beneficial to untick "Include results found in other recruitment focuses" Since it could lead to one player being scouted in multiple focuses. Great video and definitely found some useful info especially the wonderkid search. It was beautiful.

when you go on holiday ask them to use your lineup and then just make sure you have picked that player in your starting 11

I've just about had it with this game watched multiple videos on same subject database 400 thousand plus players 3 months of searching premier league and championship 5 Grey stars to 2 gold 1 player found 4 scouts 2 recruitment analyst

A couple of points... which team are you managing and in what division? That would make a huge difference. If you only have four scouts, and you're at a part time club, for instance, then you won't get as much work done by them and your results will be limited. Also, remember there are different levels of being Interested from the player, so that might be too high.

@@lawrencefreeman582 managing arsenal or man city in past just set up another recruitment focus arsenal 6 scouts 2 analysts any position any tactic cancelled any other recruitment setup by the game Premier league skybet championship went on holiday for 3 months mca 4.5 Grey mpa 1 gold ages 17 to 25 came back of holiday 1 in progess I thought it said 4 recommendations but they disappeared may have been something I selected or tapped or they were on old rp in past I have even tried backgrounds setting competition screens and loaded some England tournaments same result I've changed skin currently back to normal after removing game and reinstall all to get the same result is I leave further details unticked ie zero is there some settings in the background over riding me so ignoring another of the players right away on past occasions it has said scouting 30ish players only to come back short while later to find them all disappeared currently scouting set at what game sets I believe 7 days upped that in the past to no avail

I mean… I’m finding great deals as a lower Swedish league team that took me to the semis of the Europa lol on my first month playing. And I’ve only watched one or two guides. How is your scouting this bad?

@@DemocracySpreader if his scouts have poor ratings, they won't find many players that are any good, and if part time, won't have the time to find them. Maybe the scouting range is poor, because of budget? There could be a few reasons

I do the same scouting focus to find wonderkids in my save and they just dont come with any reports, i tried all variants, from specific parta of the world like argentina and brasil, just all over the world and nothing, they come with no reports, is my save bugged? Any tip someone can give me? Im playing with inter milan btw

How good are your scouts? I dont think there will be a bug or anything, maybe just unlucky

@@fmscout im in inter milan so I have the scouts that are already there in the game plus a few more pretty good scouts I hired, at first I thought it was because they dont have knowledge from south america but then it also happened in europe, now after sending them to south america several times they do have extensive knowledge of the regiok but somehow they still can't manage to find good young players there

My best player got offered 800k and the board went nuts without telling me before… I think I can build good squad to reach upper league with this money… but I’m always concerned about my scout because not good enough to tell the true potential😂from 5 potential to 3 uffff

Thank you for the tips. I like the scout tips and will apply some of them in my saves. I don't like the 'find similar player' or other tips based on attribute searchs because for me they are not realistic. One thing as you said is that a manager would have a general knowledge of someone who plays in Russia, but they wouldn't be able to select a list of players that they don't know all around the world based on being good on 5 or 6 specific attributes.
