I actually prefer the amazing Yamaguchi/revoltech Wolverine (don't know exactly when revoltech became just amazing Yamaguchi) its more muscular and his claws while exaggerated are curved. And how they made the claws interchangeable between hands is genius, and the screaming head is a must for Wolverine figures, and the astonishing costume is the cherry on the top. But the lack of unmasked head and arm hair is a bummer. Would love to see them do a 1.5 or a 2.0 wolverine

I agree, came here to say this, it's definitely my personal choice for the ultimate figure right now, wouldve liked more accessories like an unmasked head, the removed cigar, and his mask on its own

Dude! As an editor myself, your editing skills are amazing! This video is almost 7 minutes long and felt like 3. I enjoyed it so much🤩 this is a very cool figure, could’ve use a couple more hands and effects though.

I think the reason the stripes are darker now is because people kept complaining that they were too bright and weren’t black so they darken them. Also I’m pretty sure they just reused the original promo pics. On the older version the blue stripes are definitely brighter and matches with his shoulder pads

The best wolverine imo is marvel legends X-Men 97 figure his build is what wolverine should be where as the mafex version looks like he has an eating disorder and the claws are far too long they would never retract into his forearms plus the marvel legends one is a fraction of the price (secondary market is double but still cheaper than mafex)

imo ML 97 is the best tiger stripe wolverine the poseability is crazy and the facesculpts are really better and has more accurate proportions if it had the new torso articulation like the astonishing would be the definitive. Still has better crouch than Mafex and boot and thigh swivels are sweet mafex brown is the best brown wolverine though for now Mezco wolverine does not even look like wolverine. looks like a random fat cosplayer without any muscle definnition and huge head. The articulation is a joke. can't do any classic wolverine pose. The accesories are amazing though

I would definitely recommend the sentinel Peter b Parker since it’s way more articulated than mafex and sh figuarts. Also check out the amazing yamaguchi ones they are like super posable

I have Mafex Wolverine I think I like it compare to the Ugly Hashbros one Mafex did a good job on this Xmen figures I have Storm ⛈️, Magneto 🧲, Gambit 🃏, Jean Grey 🐦‍🔥, and Cyclops 👓 i think it’s Gorgeous figures the only complain I have is that they didn’t add Jean grey in pony tail 😡 other than that I love it all

Its spectacular but in my opinion you need the sh figuarts venomiced Tech on wolverine from sh figuarts line that piece understand the character features allmost perfect if found in good price i recomend you buy with my two hands over fire and my naked and fragile heart you will not regret at all. I don’t get how you can critique the claws for being too long for the forearms then in the next sentence complain that that aren’t curved. Forearms aren’t curved. You can’t have it realistic one way and unrealistic another..

Don’t see what’s wrong with wanting them a bit shorter and more stylized though. One of my reasons for this was because in the posing video, the claws didn’t always match look of the reference image.

At this point, I’m really just over it. If I say may-fex it’s a problem. If I say mah-fex it’s a problem. I’m not the only person who’s dealt with this either. If you check any of the other videos, you’ll see I pronounced it the way you’re saying it, and I’ve had a few people point out that it’s the other way. So at this point, I just don’t know anymore. 🤷‍♂️
