Hi Grace! I'm trying to quit vaping, and have been taking OTC Ashwagandha. It's been about 2 weeks with the tablets, 6 days without the vaping. Definitely helpful in calming my body down!!

I pair it wish Magnesium because I don't eat well. I think the Ashwagandha is definitely going to help me further. But I was told to only take for 2-3 months at a time, take a month off, and then go again.

I’ve gone through both of their instagram and there is no proof of relationship at allll! I would understand not having a bunch of pics but for a 2+ year relationship to not have any social media evidence when both parties are active on socials sounds fake to me
