the bodykit on the outuside is a vw votex kit which is extremely rare aswell, i reckon you could buy a 9n3 gti donor car and a votex kit and build penny into a replica reletively easy, also this would be great for thoser of us who want to do a 1.8t swap ourselves.
@CarsWithJB4 жыл бұрын
Yeah it does look like the votex - it does look quite easy, but I'm thinking the R25 makes a bit more of a difference! I'll work it out, but it'll be a 1.8T either way
@123cnt4 жыл бұрын
James Manley bro, tell him to get all of the kit taken off which isn’t damaged and sell it to me 😂😂
@hazzaknox10694 жыл бұрын
I reckon your 9n with the six speed manual, r25 engine and bodykit, r32 wheels and the clubsport trimmings all in a mad colour would make the ultimate polo build :)

Yes, a polo clubsport conversion would be mental, I reckon you could find a 1.8T engine and a suitable gearbox relatively easily, also, may I ask how the Peugeot 206 WRC conversion going?

Would be sick wouldn't it! Agree on the engine points for sure. It's actually going REALLY well, as in my dad is way ahead of schedule on it - when I'm allowed to get out of the house and record the car I'll do an update video (or if it's not looking like I can get out of the house, I'll do an update video based on his pics of the car!)

One reason VW may have done the ‘53’ is because the then up and coming new Herbie film was being made/released. Most likely used it as a promo space for tours, again can’t believe this one passed me by. Speaking to people at VW they said 80-90% of concepts never leave the factory, so wouldn’t be so surprised if there is way more than this in Wolfsburg somewhere.

@Chris definitely agree there. It took me 4 months of lessons and I passed first time. To be honest I didn't feel really confident when I got my first car after one year driving
@TypicalBambi4 жыл бұрын
as chris said, it depends, but you have to expect at least 20 hours. I think i did 33h, which is substantially more, but thats partially because I failed first time around and had to take a re-test like 2 weeks later. Also if you dont pass first time around dont let it get you down because some drivers are way too confident because they pass first time which is one of many reasons why young drivers insurance is so expensive.
