Allison is in a different timeline . She probably managed to get back to the timeline she wanted . that was the deal and that's why she didn't stay on the bell . She probably have her powers too . Rest of them are in a super messy timeline without any powers . This season started with ben's mother getting the particle send by hargreeves which caused ben to be born. In the climax we see a ben in the same place . Next season will a bigger mess probably .

Yes! I figured this out too when they showed the cryo chamber she was in and Luther couldn’t get pass the invisible shield border thing. It made sense why he was sent up into the moon because Reginald Hargreaves told Luther he’s protecting the moon from threats. He didn’t know what or when it would happen. And he didn’t know it would be because of Viktor at the end of season 1!

Here's my theory, because the time got reset, the umbrella academy got sent back to the original time line where everything was normal. The reason they didn't get their powers is because their "twins" aka their selves from that period exist and they have that power. So only one twin of each has the power. Also Ben returned and not Salone because Ben was part of the Umbrella academy but he returned with the "new" ben mind. In the credits, that Ben is the old Ben from that period aka he has the powers. Hence why he's in Seoul and why he's dressed that way. I believe s4 will be the umbrella academy meeting themselves and their parents

You know whats funny, they actually forshadow the ending in season 1. Five basically states something is messing with the timeline. When you think about it, its always them that causes it. But even before everything they originally wasn't supposed to be born. When you think deeply about it, they aren't from earth as they were made with alien particles. They weren't created normally. More like something that was created in a lab. So of course their existence would be the cause of all the changes happening. I honestly didn't think deeply about it until i saw the ending and watched back and picked up on some stuff that was forshadowed. Including Klaus power of being immortal. When their dad locks him up, he states "welcome back to the living." Which inclines if you think deeper on it. He's basically stating he was dead and now is back. Because as we know their father stopped his heart as a kid and killed him many times to train his power. There was also the time when he followed luther to the club. He ends up bashing his head on the ground and dies instantly. During the whole time though, he assumes they were all near death experiences, and so do we as the audience. Until season 3 and 4, where it is explained further that it all wasn't near deaths and he actually died. Even in season 2 I believe it is, when Ben is helping Klaus to float/fly. That too is a forshadow moment, as later at the end of season 4, Klaus gains the ability of telekinesis. Floating objects and flying himself and others.
