Well... you have to admit... these levels do royally suck! I wonder what the person who made them was thinking while they made them. Something like "Hmm... let us make the most horrible, time-wasting level in history to annoy the average person!" This is why Nintendo needs a 'hot garbage' label and to be willing to prune levels more. There is a difference between a well-made troll level that advertises what it is and a horribly made "Time waster!" level that detracts from Mario Maker 2.

@@christopherkidwell9817 True. The lvls in this video are exceptionally bad. Many creators of these levels seem to think like that. The first one even states DGR will hate it. But on the other hand a lot of creators probably don't know better (unexperienced/too young/etc) and I think it could hurt some people pretty bad to see the lvl they spend a lot of time and effort on being rated as "trash".

the problem with the Boo button, is really challenging levels get boo'd by kids who think its bad because its simply hard.. and your course never sees the light of day if it gets boo'd on the 1st or 2nd person who plays it. It becomes a Diamond in a haystack that noone cares about, i've made some hot garbage myself, but even my good levels don't get the recognition they deserve.. and guess what.. the easiest level i create.. gets all the likes.. even though it was just like 20 jumps, and rising lava... -_- I spend many hours on these courses, granted I enjoy making them, but I am bad at playing the game itself, so If i can complete my courses most people can.. boos shouldn't ultimately decide whether your course is shown on the Endless Challenges, there should be a window of oppertunity where.. x# of boos reduces the odds-- and if the course gets no likes with many boos (from a Endless Challenge player) then it gets pulled out of the EC pool and.. as another youtube suggested, make another Game Mode where all the non-EC courses can be played randomly in that Mode as a ALL-In-One random collection challenge... LSS: I think the boo button is good in Theory.. but in practice its basically making a lot of good levels non-existant...

Never means never, whereas 'won't be' is a much milder phrasing people generally use when they may be open to a change of heart. It's important to double-check that what you _think_ someone said is _really_ what they said before you start misquoting people. Such slight tweaks of meaning are even more dangerous than blatant lies, because a falsehood is much easier to fall for when it _resembles_ the truth.

The first level is just time consuming... The second level had the name ‘4-sided spring coaster’ meaning that the spring coaster has up right and sideways springs, the sideway springs make the up right springs not bounce you, and every time you got bonked, you were actually getting bonked from going too close to the side of the springs, causing the sideways springs to bounce you off the screen, that was basically the challenge of the level!

DGR: Dies and not laugh at first death = Bad, Very Bad Level.

We need a troll level that is a CONSTANT "choose-a-door." Except that there is no actual wrong door/pipe. They all just go different places, which themselves have 2-3 ways to choose from, which go to other places, looping around like a spider-web-like maze such that its all an interconnected mess with absolutely ZERO death doors/pipes, and you need a key to reach the flag (i.e. red coins hidden throughout a number of those rooms). Naturally, there would be some lookalike rooms, some with different trolls, some with the same trolls (each room would have some trolls). For bonus points, make use of mechanics that let you show and hide doors based on what the switches are set to right now, so that you can recycle the rooms a bit. Naturally, each room is full of things that try to kill you in fun, unexpected ways, fitting of being a troll level even without the maze aspect. The goal is, simply collect the X coins, and go to the end room so you can key-door out of the level. Oh, and there is no "CP1" or "CP2" because it is a maze where you can collect them in any order. And continue collecting whichever one you don't have if you find it after getting a red coin if you want to "save." I recommend that whoever is brave enough to make this concept make a map on a piece of paper with all the connections, and to place temporary letters of coins in each room that are removed prior to upload, just to keep it all straight (and give them the map they need to solve their own level/make sure there isn't some easy way out). Hard mode (for the players who have to deal with this level, not so much the maker): Make this level WITHOUT checkpoints. And maybe a clear condition too, so that you have to kill X of some enemy or some such in addition to getting the red coins.
