adyashanti.org - There are varying degrees of conditioning operating in us at all times, some of which we can’t exist without. Simultaneously, the unconditioned state is always immediately present. Adyashanti explores whether it’s necessary to dismiss all conditioning in order to experience awareness of the unconditioned state.
Excerpted from April 14, 2021 Online Broadcast, “The Way of Effortless Effort”: bit.ly/3wVofTu
Quotes from this Video:
“The conditioned realm is what we would call the relative realm of human existence.”
“There is a mistaken idea that you get to the unconditioned state by totally purifying all of your conditioning, so that you have basically no conditioning.”
“Right in the midst of the born, the created, the living, the dying, there is the unborn, the uncreated, the undying.”
“Unconditioned awareness is just like a light-I don't mean a light you can see, but the light that is seeing.”

What a wonderful teacher! With him the boundaries between explanation and meditation blur. Rupert Spira, Francis Lucille, Jean Klein, Eckhart Tolle, Angelo Dilullo..... They are all very helpful. But Adyashanti's explanations are so crystal clear and empathetic... Something very special.

Hahahah I love how he explained. Its really a joke when you realize that you're the thief of your own happiness. It's like holding a gun to your own head. It's crazy how you keep investigating and searching for the thief for so long and all of sudden you drop the search and the gun because its useless. Thank you so much Adya, lots of love for you in my heart. Its beautiful!
