He didn't spend 3 and a half real-life hours on it, but he did still spend a lot. The timer at the top right speeds up with your manual speedup, and Tom typically plays maps at 4x speed. He slowed down (and even paused) a bit during bits that required precision, but it was mostly 4x speed. Therefore, he spent around 50 minutes on the map. Which is still a time commitment, but nowhere near 3 and a half hours.

oh yes this was a great map design for PAC - the skimmer and blob paths going up and down the walls, the packed together groups of towers to stun

I wonder if this map was an intentional homage to Creeper World 2. That one's unique among the series because it takes place almost entirely underground and you have to dig through the earth to build your bases. And instead of towers, you build energy pylons which allow you to send power in a certain radius around it. Wouldn't hate for Tom to do a video or two on that one, it's pretty different from CW4.

Fun Fact, the spinner ( wthite in AC and red in Creep) is a multiplier too so if you see one again try and dump a few emiter around might help shave on the grind ;)

Not that long ago he realizes how to mesh over the void (even though plenty of "hints" about doing it in the description) now he finds F9 mode... **sniff**, my boy is growing up so fast!

I wonder wether its possible to play as creep on a map, then towards the end the perspective shifts and you become the towers having to salvage the battle and fight off the creep or vice versa. That would be cool especially if unexpected

I don't know why the creator of not just this map but also their other maps seem to make them overly difficult because their maps are at least in my opinion genuinely not fun to play and the community of CW4 seems to agree in that since each map done by the creator will have a "not fun" tag or anything else related to negative opinions.
